Peace and well-being in motion

Hello
Here, yoga is about finding a rhythm that feels right for you. My sequences are short, gentle, and never too demanding—designed to be practiced daily without feeling like a burden.
Slower, gentler yoga doesn't mean less effective.
On this site, you'll discover a realistic and sustainable yoga practice that helps you stay motivated and consistent. It's not about perfection; it's about showing up, breathing, and trying again every day with a new attitude of "I can do it!"
More than just movement as exercise, it's about taking care of your mind and improving your well-being in many ways.
My story
My first experience with Yoga was during my pregnancy (2003). I attended childbirth classes and I still remember how it was of primary help. I didn't practice Yoga again until 2016. I didn't know anything about Yoga and I started going regularly and without any expectations. I liked it so much that I wanted to know more about it with some short courses and I was still so interested that I decided to get my Yoga instructor certificate (2022)
I have explored different styles, but I feel more comfortable with Yin, Restorative, and Hatha yoga. These practices are gentle yet powerful, nourishing the body while calming the mind—something especially valuable in today's busy world. Still, I keep an open mind and enjoy learning from other traditions, always remembering that yoga is about taking care of myself and not competing.
For me, yoga is not the pursuit of perfection. His greatest teaching is self-compassion: listen to your body, accept where you are today, and live in the present moment. Off the mat, this becomes a way of living: facing life with patience, care, and resilience.
That is the type of yoga I share here: a yoga that accompanies you in body and mind and makes you a better human being to improve the world, improving ourselves.
