Instructions
From Warrior II, place your back hand on your back leg or hip, raise your front arm toward the sky, and extend it slightly back. Keep your front knee bent and your back leg strong. Keep your chest open and your gaze toward your raised hand or straight ahead.
Benefits
Stretches the sides of the torso, opens the chest and lungs, strengthens the legs and abdomen, and improves stability and concentration.
