Head to Knee Pose
Instructions

Sit with one leg stretched out in front of you and the other bent, resting your foot on your inner thigh. Lengthen your spine and bend forward over your extended leg, bringing your hands to your foot or leg. Keep your back as straight as possible and your gaze downward.

Stretches the hamstrings, back, and hips, massages the abdominal organs, calms the mind, and improves flexibility and concentration.
