Instructions

Sit with your back straight, place the soles of your feet together, and tuck your heels in toward your body. Hold your feet with your hands and let your knees gently fall to the sides.

Benefits

It opens the hips and groin, improves leg flexibility, stimulates circulation, relaxes the lower back, and helps relieve tension in the pelvis.
