Mountain Pose
Instructions

Stand with your feet together or hip-width apart. Engage your legs, lengthen your spine, relax your shoulders, and keep your weight distributed on both feet. Keep your arms at your sides with your palms facing inward or forward. Keep your gaze forward and your breathing steady.
