Instructions

Kneel with your knees hip-width apart and your torso upright. Place your hands on your lower back or heels. Push your hips forward, open your chest, and gently roll your torso back. Keep your gaze straight ahead or upward.

It stretches the chest, abdomen, and thighs, strengthens the back, improves posture, opens the lungs, stimulates digestion, and provides energy.
